Musical Numbers  

 

Cast Bios  Lily Barrett (Spider) will be a freshman at CBA. Favorite roles include Nellie Oakley in Annie Get Your Gun (Suny Cortland), Max in Invisible (CYB Summer Drama) and Anna in Frozen Jr. (CBA). Lily would like to thank her teachers at PAI, Gwyn, her parents, and the cast and crew of the show for making it such an amazing experience!

Nick DeRado (Centipede) is a rising senior attending Cortland High School. If you've stuck with Cortland High Theatre the past couple years, you might know him as "The Puppet Guy." Nick's previous roles include Sebastian from "The Little Mermaid" (CYB 2019), Underling from "The Drowsy Chaperone" (CYB 2018), Ben Weatherstaff from "The Secret Garden" (CHT 2017), and many more. With his senior year just around the corner, he is thankful for the opportunity to work with this cast and cannot wait to see them continue to do what they love.

Jenna Diescher (Swing) is going into her Senior year at Cortland Senior High School. Previously she has played roles such as Narrator in “She Kills Monsters” (CHS) and Plant in “The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon” (CHT). She would like to thank her directors as well as the rest of the cast for putting together such a wonderful show, and she hopes you enjoy!

Sebastien Frisson (Minion/Bobby Bobby-Cop) will be a freshman at Cortland High School. His favorite role was the Big Bad Wolf in Trial of the Wicked Witch (Cortland Junior High Theatre). Sebastien would like to thank his mom, his grandma, Mrs. Shelley, and everyone else involved in his life.

Matt Honan (Earthworm) is a rising senior at Cortland High School and is entering his 5th year as a part of CHT. Some of his favorite roles over the years include Gangster in “The Drowsy Chaperone” (CYB Drama 2018), Orcus/Ronnie in “She Kills Monsters” (CHT 2019), Chef Louis in “The Little Mermaid” (CYB Drama 2019), and last but not least being a part of the final CHT musical before the shutdown, "The World Goes ‘Round". Matt would like to thank his peers and his fellow cast mates for making this show as fun as it is!

Lily Kelly-Haley (Sponge) is an upcoming senior at Dryden High School. Her favorite roles in theater have been Grimsby in The Little Mermaid (CYB), Player 3 in The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon (CHT), and July in Annie (Homer Center for the Arts). Lily would like to thank her mom and Maggie for their support through this process, and the rest of the cast for making each rehearsal so special… Bridget Madden (Ladybug) will be an eigth grader at Cortland Jr. High. Favorite roles include Pella Pixie in "A Holiday Dream" (CRTYP), Babette Muller in "Watch on The Rhine" (Center Players). Bridget would like to thank her Mom, Dad, and siblings, Rileigh and Liam. She would also like to thank Camarianna and all the cast and crew for making this a wonderful production and one she will never forget!

Alex Niemi (Ensemble) will be a 4th grader this fall at Covenant Love Community school. Alex has been a company dancer for The Next Jennaration since he was 4 years old and is now branching out to musical theatre. He would like to thank his mom, dad, and brother for their love and support. He would also like to thank the Directors and cast for accepting him with open arms and the opportunity to participate in his first production!!

Jenna Saltsman (Spiker) is a sophomore at SUNY Cortland studying Speech and Hearing Sciences. Past roles include Agnes Evans in She Kills Monsters (CHS), Mrs. Medlock in The Secret Garden (CHS), and Atina in The Little Mermaid (CYB). She would like to thank her family for their support and Mr. Wells and Susie for allowing her to stay involved in theatre now that she is a CHS alumn. "If I hadn't believed in you, I wouldn't have loved you at all." -The Last 5 Years

Sydney Seybold (Ensemble) is an incoming freshman at Cortland High School. Her favorite role would be Cinderella in "The Trial of the Wicked Witch" (Cortland Junior High Theatre). She would like to thank her friends and family as well as her fellow cast members from James and the Giant Peach.

Russell Streeter (Grasshopper) will be a 5th grader St. Mary's school. His favorite, and only, role so far is Grasshopper from James and the Giant Peach. He would like to thank his mother, father, brother (Victor) and all his extended family for their support.

Drew Thomas (Minion/Billy Bobby-cop) is going to be an 8th grader at McGraw high school. Some of his favorite roles include Michael in Mary Poppins, and being a part of Oliver and the Music Man through the center players. He would like to thank his family and the cast of James and the Giant Peach.

Tiernan Tobin (Ladahlord) is an incoming freshman at Cornell University and will be studying Animal Science. Some notable roles include Ellie Blake in Freaky Friday (Tully Drama) and Mercutio (National Shakespeare Competition). She would like to thank her parents and Carly for their support.

Michael Williams (James) is so glad you could make it to the show! Michael will be a First-year this fall at Fredonia, studying a BFA in Musical Theatre. Some of his favorite roles over the past few years have been Jason in Ordinary Days (Cortland High Theatre) and George in the Drowsy Chaperone (Cortland Youth Bureau). Michael would like to thank his family for all their support throughout the years, all cast and crew members for a smooth rehearsal process and to Susie and Ben Wells for inspiring what has become a great love for the arts. He hopes you enjoy the show.

Sophia Wineburg (ensemble) is going to be a sophomore at Homer High School. Some of her favorite roles include, Dorothy Gale in Wizard of Oz (Homer Center for the Arts) and Yente in Fiddler on the Roof Jr. (HHS.) She would like to thank all the cast.
