DCS up gradation From Apr’08 to Jan’09
Looked after I/O Assignment taking care for redundancy upto card level and power supply. Up gradation of Siemens S5 DCS to ABB 800 XA using Profibus communication across the modules. Responsible for commissioning of new-field signals, which involved preparing, modifying system and
marshalling details. Also handled the configuration of Graphics Development, software development and commissioning of
DCS, Total I/O Used 4000. Involved identifying all Inputs/outputs and implementing logic for interlocks and trip parameters.
