Select Basic Data View

Click on Additional Data Button and select Document data Tab

Select the document and click on display document

Click on classification button to view the details of class and characteristics

The same procedure for all the documents to view the class and characteristics.

2. Mail Merge Printing

Execute transaction code COOISPI and enter the process order number

Now click on mailing tab

Click on Finish and Merge and then select current record and press enter.

The data from the process order list output is copied to the header details.
