Unique environment to deliver the brand message

British Gas truly lived their commitment to communicate to their people with the Team Talk roadshow. This brand and values roadshow, managed and produced by Avvio, took the message to nearly 6,000 employees in 78 shows, over 7 weeks all in a large inflatable conference room.

This unique environment proved to be a perfect, portable space to deliver a compelling and interactive story to really engage the employees to work together to create ‘One British Gas’. It also made a big impression in the car parks!

Creating company pride

Inspiring people to be proud of the company they work for was a significant part of how we helped Sky celebrate its landmark 20th anniversary.

Our dedicated website reflected on the company’s highlights from the last two decades – from historic moments, to video content with an advertising ‘vault’ of Sky’s memorable ads, top Sky News moments and a bespoke video of Sky customers talking about how TV has changed over the last 20 years. The huge amount of footage hosted, posed many technical challenges to ensure the user experience was optimised for large traffic volumes.

Over 14,000 employees and customers visited in the first week to experience a little bit of Sky history.

Capturing the brand spirit

To capture the spirit of the Centrica brand, we created a powerful identity to bring their offices to life. By enhancing employees’ working experiences and revitalising existing fixtures we built a deeper connection between Centrica’s brand values and its people.

The designs embraced the entire office headquarters with distinct areas to help facilitate positive working alongside clearly identified departments and giving additional privacy to meeting rooms.

The result was a working environment to be proud of.

Celebrating milestones

When Coca-Cola Enterprises reached a new chapter in its history and became the leading European Coca-Cola bottler, Avvio created a pan-European campaign to mark this momentous occasion.

A celebration kit comprising of bespoke tins and a limited edition version of Coca-Cola’s world famous contour bottle reached 13,000 employees on the same day – truly uniting the entire workforce.

Each kit was produced in 5 European languages and celebrations were enhanced with environmental branding, video stings and multi-language emailers with our core creative even making it onto Wall St.
