We want you to have fun in all your Fourth of July celebrations, but please remember that fireworks are not allowed in our community. Thank you for letting our city shoot their fireworks for you! Pool Party! Join us on Saturday, July 30 from 3:15-5:30 p.m. for some fun in the sun at our Summer Pool Party! We’ll have a DJ playing some great music while you enjoy lots of food, door prizes and fun! So grab your swimsuits and sunglasses and meet us poolside! Don’t Get Burned This 4th of July… Avoid paying late charges by remembering to pay your rent on time! We know you have plans this holiday weekend for barbecues, picnics and family gatherings. Remember, rent is due July 1 and will be considered late if not received by July 5. So before you get caught up in all the festivities, drop off your rent to the office. These few minutes of forethought will keep your holiday fun so you don’t get “burned” this holiday! Fun in the Sun We’re sure you’ll find something just right for you! We have any number of “Fun in the Sun” activities and social gatherings planned just for you in the upcoming months. Watch your monthly calendar, join in the fun, meet your neighbors and make new friends! See You Later! Vacations are happening; does anyone know you’re not at home? Have a trusted neighbor keep an eye on your home while you’re away or let us know in the office. Make sure someone knows how to get in touch with you in an emergency, then enjoy your time away! Say Goodbye to Pests Seeing a lot of little critters around and in your home? Make sure your trash is taken out daily and never left outside your door or patio/balcony. If you see an increase in pests, call the office for pest control. Fun With Friends July is a fun month to get together with friends, and your guests are always welcome at our community. Remember that you must accompany them whenever they use our facilities. Most importantly, remember you are responsible for the conduct of your guests and responsible for seeing that they too abide by all Community Policies and Procedures. Please help make their stay more enjoyable by informing them of the community policies in advance. Thanks for your cooperation, and we hope you and your guests have a wonderful summer.
