TRASH COLLECTIONThe trash collection for the residential tenants in the building will be via a trash room at each floor level and trash chute with compactor located in the ground floor trash room.Compacted trash will be brought to the street for pickup by municipal collection services or private hauler.
This application proposes to the demolition of (2) existing residential buildings and surface parking lot and the subsequent construction of a new 6-story multi-family mid-risebuilding. As currently contemplated and proposed, the development will include approximately 40 residential dwellings and 41 onsite parking spaces contained within a groundlevel garage.
The building falls within the city of Bayonne 194-200 Avenue E and East 19th Street Redevelopment Plan. The project site is located mid-block on the east side of Avenue E inthe city of Bayonne.
AMENITIESIt is the intention of the applicant to provide a ground level bike room, indoor common amenity space on a partial 6th floor and green roof.
