The State of Ceará is located in the Northeast Region of Brazil just slightly below the equator. The population of Ceará has nearly 8 million inhabitants with a coastline of 573 km of pristine beaches. The location of Ceará is strategic to companies that wish to establish favorably positions close to the main world markets. Ceará is only 6:30 hours away from Europe and 7:30 hours from the United States.

The city of Fortaleza accounts for almost 2.5 million inhabitants and places it as the 4th largest city in Brazil. Over the past 10 years Fortaleza has seen a tremendous increase in tourism, foreign investment, and citywide construction.

The objective for this lobby will be to introduce the city of Fortaleza to a much needed breath of fresh air. The ability to host small events, receptions, fashion shows, and photo-shoots will allow this lobby to create a name for itself in Fortaleza, Brazil, and the rest of the world.

The idea with our office was to give everyone the opportunity to be able to conduct any type of business in Brazil or with anyone in the world. An entire level has been devoted to business so that you can not only enjoy Brazil, but can also spend a few hours a day keeping up with business demands here and at home. Two state of the art conference rooms for small and large groups have been designed to assist any small to medium size company with there meeting needs. All state of the art communications and audio visual needs will be integrated into both these conference rooms. The office will have a full-time receptionist on duty to assist with any needs that the client may require.

The nice thing about doing business at the “The Miami” is that it allows you to enjoy the rest of the facilities once you have completed your work in the “The Office”. We can easily set up set up something for you in the lobby or one of our other private areas throughout the building. Once again the true work, play, entertain environment is always present in the building.

The design of the loft spaces combine extra space, full balconies, full kitchens and the extra space you would expect from a true loft layout. All lofts have 10 ft. ceiling heights and comfortable spacious open floor plans. Since there are only two lofts per floor this allows for additional privacy for you and your fellow travelers.

Each loft design will, of course, have its com-plete own personality. Local Architects from Fortaleza and Local architects from Atlanta will compete for final renderings for each of these spaces. Six loft floor plans will be entered in the competition and three selected from Brazil and three selected from the United States.

The design of the loft space had to take into account a number of important features. In essence it needed to be many things to many people. The final design has allowed this lengthy list of criteria to be met and surpassed.

The space was designed with a true loft space environment in mind. Although many so-called lofts provide open floor plans, they normally do not provide the size, height, or specialty upgrades that this space has provided for its owners. The Miami Loft Space provides you with a large open floor plan – 159m2 (1715sqft) and a ceiling height of 3.3 meters (11ft). This allowed us to create a completely open feeling throughout the space. In addition you will also find large private closets and vanity areas with large custom designed specialty bathrooms for you and your guests. The kitchen areas are unique as well because they are located both inside and outside. One large kitchen provided inside is the dream of any amateur or profes-sional chef while the small kitchen located on the huge balcony allows you to remain outside and enjoy Fortaleza’s year round perfect weather.

The space also takes into account a business aspect for the never ending demands placed on our clients from their businesses around the world. All communication aspects were carefully scrutinized over in order to provide an environment that will allow you to stay in contact with your country and Brazil while enjoying all the benefits that Fortaleza has to offer.

The design of the penthouse had space, height, and luxury in mind. It needed to provide all the same amenities that the other The Loft floor plans provided but with a true entertainment and privacy aspect that could only come with the addition of the mezza-nine level. The ability to create an additional bedroom and custom home theatre as well as a one of a kind bar, a dance floor, and DJ area for large and small parties will give this space the true private entertainment aspect that many executives are looking for today.

The overall dimensions of the space will be 2850 SQ FT. with ceiling heights up to 17 feet. In addition this will be the only space in the building that will be able to connect directly to the rooftop lounge. This will allow the guests to possibly possess the complete privacy and luxury of the top 3 floors.

THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE PENTHOUSE for each building. Brazil Tourism Investment’s goal is to make this particular penthouse one of the most unique and talked about spaces in Fortaleza.

The building will reflect the architectural styling from the French art deco period of the 1920’s. This particular style was later trans-planted to the United States in what is now world famous South Beach in Miami, Florida. The Praia de Iracema area lends itself perfectly for this clean colorful stylish look. It will set itself apart from the other buildings, but still conform to the varied color scheme of the area. Each unit will have its own unique look that but will showcase a modern art deco style of today. This residence will be a mix of modern industrial loft high tech organized living. The clean lines of the art deco period will be clearly present on every floor.

“The Miami” will be wired to support state of the art communica-tions throughout the building. Each floor will have its own secured wireless high-speed internet connections. In addition each floor will have internet phone lines, local land lines, and local sim cards for client cellular phones. This will allow for seamless communica-tions in Brazil and around the world. In addition to further assist with worldwide electrical differences the building will also be wired to support both 110 and 220 volt appliances.

The target market for “The Miami” is the businessman who wants a unique well equipped place to stay for a few days, few weeks or a few months while discovering Brazil and staying connected to their particular world.
