Work in progress at TIMI�OARA / Traian Vuia Airport

Effective with the date 30th of MAY 2013, the first phase of runway 11/29 repairing works will be started at TIMI�OARA / Traian Vuia Airport. In this phase, threshold RWY 29 will be displaced by 1660 m. Accordingly to the threshold displacement, the following modifications are to be operated:

- displaced threshold RWY 29 coordinates : N454834.428 / E0212020.260 - markings modified accordingly (see AD 2.16-20a / 30 MAY 2013); - approach and RWY lighting available as follows:

Lucr�ri de repara�ii la pista Aeroportului TIMI�OARA / Traian Vuia

Începând cu data de 30 MAI 2013, la Aeroportul Interna�ional TIMISOARA / Traian Vuia va fi declan�at� prima faz� a lucr�rilor de repara�ii curente la pista de decolare-aterizare. În aceast� etap� vor fi efectuate lucr�ri în partea de nord a pistei, iar pragul 29 se va decala temporar cu 1660 m. Corespunz�tor decal�rii pragului 29, se produc urm�toarele modific�ri:

- coordonatele noului prag 29 sunt: N454834.428 / E0212020.260 - se modific� marcajele de zi corespunz�tor (vezi harta AD 2.16-20a / 30 MAY 2013) - luminile de apropiere �i balizajul pistei sunt disponibile dup� cum urmeaz�:

The period of work is estimated at 4 weeks. In the second phase of runway repairing work, THR RWY 11 will be displaced with about 1500 M.

WARNING: The construction equipments will reach a maximum height of 4.0 meters and they will not be removed during flight operation.

lucrărilor, utilizând următoarea frazeologie:

“ATENŢIE, LUCRĂRI LA PISTĂ PE DIRECŢIA 29. PRAGUL DECALAT CU 1660 M.”

Durata estimată a lucrărilor este de 4 săptămâni. În faza a doua a lucrărilor de reparaţii, THR RWY 11 se va decala cu cca 1500 M.

Înălţimea maximă a utilajelor este de 4.0 metri şi nu se vor retrage din zone de lucru în timpul operaţiunilor aeriene.
