CAUTION: HOT SURFACES. DO NOT TOUCH THE METAL SURFACES OF THE HEADLIGHT. THEY CAN BE EXTREMELY HOT.

AVOID TOUCHING THE LED ELEMENTS DURING INSTALLATION. BUILD UP OF GREASE AND OIL WILL DIMINISH THE PERFORMANCE AND LONGEVITY. IT IS SAFE TO GENTLY WIPE THE LED SURFACE CLEAN WITH A 50% DILUTED ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL. LET IT DRY BEFORE INSERTING INTO HEADLIGHT HOUSING.

ALIGNMENTAll vehicles allow for adjustment of headlight aim. See your vehicle owners manual to find out how. Unless otherwise regulated by your local transportation laws regarding headlight adjustments, you can use the figure below to align your headlight beam. This is extremely important for your safety and safety of others on the road.

INSTRUCTIONS

IF AT ANY TIME DURING INSTALLATION YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT THE PROCEDURES PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL DEALER OR CYRON TECH SUPPORT. YOUR SAFETY IS OUR UTMOST CONCERN.

1. Follow the vehicle owners manual to gain access to the headlight bulb.

2. Before removing the existing bulb pay close attention to the mounting and wire placement. If it seems complicated take a picture with your smart phone for reference.

3. Unplug the existing bulb from the electrical socket and remove from the housing.

-It may be a good idea to keep the stock bulb as spare for emergencies.

4. Certain vehicles may have a weather protection rubber boot around the bulb. This boot may not go back on due to physical restriction or interfering with the air flow of the bulb cooling system. If you feel the rubber boot is crucial to the integrity of the headlight housing stop the installation and contact your local dealer or Cyron tech support for advice. Keep this part in case you decide to replace with factory bulbs in the future.

5. Install Cyron LED bulb securely. In most cases the bulb is held in place with a locking bayonet action or retaining spring clips.

Certain models of the bulbs have mounting adapters that are pre-attached to t he bulb. You can remove the adapter from the bulb (twist off or remove set screw), install the adapter onto the headlight housing first and then put the bulb on to the adapter.

6. Make sure the wires are clear from moving parts and the internal fan. Excess wires can be secured using zip ties. Do not use electrical tape. It will fail over time with excess heat.

7. Test the headlights briefly before completing installation. Bulb should turn on and the internal cooling fan should start up.
