The machine weighs about 48kgs .place it on a flat stable surface . Do not impact or drop during installation

Use this machine in a location with an ambient temperature between 0.C and 40。C and a humidity of 85% or less. Where is no frost and no condensation .Do not

install the production in a location express to water fire . corrosive gases . direct sunlight dust or vibration.

Power Cord and Plug

Do not use the machine at any voltage other than AC 100V(50/60Hz). Keep the Powar Cord unbundled and do not fix it with metal kind of nailshoot or hooks. Be sure to connect the ground wire to prevent risk of electric shock

Cover the Hopper with the Lid

Be sure to cover the Hopper with the Lid during operation for safety purposes except

feeding rice.Do not touch paddle bar.

Never touch the Heater installation surface. This machine is equipped with a heater in the rear of the Rice Guide If you press the hearting function when machine start.Never touch the Heater during and after operation, it becomes extremely hot (maximum 80 degree). Touching the Heater installation surface will cause injury or burn. Caution Use a sponge to wash the parts Use only a soft sponge to wash the washable parts. Do not use a scrubbing brush Scratches on the parts may alter the sushi forming function.

Use only a neutral detergent Use only a neutral detergent for washing. Some detergents may damage the parts and cause the forming function to deteriorate.

Caution Please make sure all the parts are disassemble when clean.(please scan the video guide) (Permissible temperature: Up to 70 degree) Use a sterilizer properly Be sure to follow the precautions and instructions when using chloric acid. Extensive soaking and excessive density may cause deformation and deterioration of the Forming Unit. Do not spray lubrication oil before using,otherwise may cause faulty forming. Inappropriate application may cause faulty forming. Do not press the sushi rice Do not press the sushi rice into the Hopper.This prevents the machine from feeding sushi rice correctly to the forming part and could result in faulty forming.

Do not alter the shape Handle the parts with care Their shape will change easily from dropping and bumping. Deforming of the parts may cause faulty forming and malfunction.

Keep the sensors clean Always keep the sensors free of water oil, and rice. Dirty sensors cause malfunction and faulty forming. If a sensor is dirty, clean it with a soft cloth as the face of its lens is vulnerable.(please do not use any liquid to clean it)

1 Hopper Lid Prevents the sushi rice from drying out or cooling and prevent hands, dust, items, or inserts from touching the rice.

2 Hopper Keeps a certain amount of sushi rice with warmth 3 Stirring stopper Fixes the Stirring Shafts to the Hopper Base. 4 Stirring Shaft B

(Gear Large) The rollers for forming a rice mat. Make sure that the correct ones are installed to the correct places.

cuts a rice mat. 11 Forming Roller A The rollers for forming a rice mat.

Make sure that the correct ones are installed to the correct places. 12 Forming Roller B ditto 13 Front cover Covers the entire Forming Rollers to prevent sushi rice from drying

out or cooling .The safety cover for the Stirring Part. If the Hopper Base is not installed to the Rice Guide properly, the Front Cover cannot be installed. The machine does not operate without the Cover because of the Sensors.

14 Manipulator The manipulator where a sheet of dried laver seaweed and ingredients are placed and sushi forming.

15 Slide tray The Wrapping Unit is attached to this Tray .It moves back and forth to place the formed rice mat in the fixed position.

Installation and Setting Before Use How to install the power Cord Insert the provided Power Cord into the Power Inlet of the Rear Box. ▲Note: Insert the Power Cord all the way in. Improper insertion may cause malfunction, short circuit or failure. So just boot made 3 to 5 a rice cake not forming is normal phenomenon.

The emergence of the common faults and the solving methods Note: 1 The machine adopts intelligent control, if appear installation errors will be suspended work, so please in strict accordance with the video guidance for installation. 2 The machine appear any abnormal situation in working, please timely press panel urgent stop switch, restart. If you are still unable to work, please contact the dealer or the company technical personnel 3 This equipment fixed parts, rotating parts are designed free maintenance type, such as if the need to maintenance please contact to the product retailers or dealer who you buy the products 4 This product shelf liffe is 12 months, according to the sales invoice date of receipt. (more than the warranty period, repaired products produced by the maintenance costs by customer themselves. In order to prevent damage in transit please use original packing.
