mSandAutoma�c Dump System for Desander

The Automa�c Dump System mSand for Desanders will provide a complete solu�on for sand dumping process during frack and produc�on opera�ons.

The mSand will automa�cally detect the right condi�on to start the dumping process. Two plug/ball valves (PV1 and PV2) and one flow control valve CPO ON/OFF (CV3) will open and close in a sequence of opera�on in order to protect the plug/ball valves from erosion damage, using the calibrated orifice CPO ON/OFF (CV3) as the sacrificial component.
