SandPro mSand Automa�c Dump System for Desander The Automa�c Dump System mSand for Desanders will provide a complete solu�on for sand dumping process during frack and produc�on opera�ons. The mSand will automa�cally detect the right condi�on to start the dumping process. Two plug/ball valves (PV1 and PV2) and one flow control valve CPO ON/OFF (CV3) will open and close in a sequence of opera�on in order to protect the plug/ball valves from erosion damage, using the calibrated orifice CPO ON/OFF (CV3) as the sacrificial component. Features: Advantages: Reduced OPEX by fewer well visits. Reduced maintenance costs by protec�ng the integrity of the valves. Easy installa�on, predic�ve opera�on with low operator training �mes. Traceability of the en�re opera�on (6 months storage). Communica�on: SCADA (ModBus Protocol). Sequen�al opera�on of opening / closing of complete system.
