HL-821 Portable, low temperature E.O. gas packin sterili~er

FEATURES:

1.The material used for the 'E.O.gas sterilizer is SIS throughly for good appreance and easy maintenance.

2.The full cycle from preheating , leakage test, cartridge pircing , sterilizing , exhausting, aerating is Microprocessor controlled & each stage is displayed by illuminated pilot lamps.

3.lt uses a cartridge of E.O.gas individually for each sterilization cycle to get most safety.

4.With speedy heating system,it takes only 15 minutes to prepare for service .

5.A test function takes a prevision of any leakage posibility & the sterilizer can be started only when the vacuum is completedly drawn . The sterilization is proceeded under negative pressure to prevent from leakage of E.O.Gas. Even if any leakage happened, gas will not escape to the operating area .

6.An aerator is equiped with & the discharge of gas in side the chamber & flushing with fresh air can be car ried out the specified number of times.

7.The use of low temperature between 40-60 C is regulated by the thermal controller. An indicator lamp will glare on overheating .

B.The sterilizer can be started only during the door is properly locked. ( In case that door is unproperly closed, an indicator will glare on to notice.)

9.The alarm system announces & cuts off power source in the event of wrong operation or out of order.

10.Aeration function is achieved for removing residual E.O. From loads after sterilizing.
