Minutes of the Regular Meeting, Town of LaGrange, Wyoming, meeting at the Town Hall on July 12th 2018 at

7:00pm. Present were: Mayor Mark Marshall; Councilmen Joel Tremain, Mike Meysenburg, Ben Cline and Mike

Huseby. Town Clerk Cathy Stoddard was also present. Public Works Director, Tracy Pragnell and Attorney Ed

Buchanan were absent. There were no visitors attending.

Mayor Marshall called the meeting to order at 7:06pm. Joel moved to approve the minutes as read. Ben seconded,

motion carried.

Mayor Marshall asked for old business. The council is waiting on the suggestions from DEQ for the water and

sewer connections that need to be addressed. No motions were made.

Mayor Marshall asked for new business. Mike Meysenburg moved to approve Resolution #1-18 Investment

Policy. Joel abstained. Ben seconded, motion carried. Joel moved to approve Resolution #2-18 Amendment to FY

17-18 Budget. Mike Huseby seconded, motion carried. Clerk questions were addressed, no motions were made. Ben

moved to pay the bills, Mike Meysenburg seconded, motion carried. Ben moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:56pm.

REMINDER…. School starts August 21-watch for

kids walking to and from school, and

watch for the school buses!

The first day of preschool will be August 21st. Classes will be Tues, Weds, Thurs from 8:30-11:30 am. Open House & Registration will be Thurs. Aug 16th, 4-6pm.

Preschool registration forms will be available at LaGrange Town Hall now, stop in and pick one up!

ATTENTION DOG OWNERS!

This is a reminder to all dog owners to familiarize yourself with the Town Code as it pertains to dogs. There IS a

leash law and a running at large law which will be more strictly enforced, and does involve fines. If you see a dog

running at large, unattended, you MUST file a written and signed complaint at Town Hall. If you feel threatened by,

or are harassed by a dog running at large, you MUST file a written, signed complaint at Town Hall in order for any

action to be taken. Copies of the Town Code can be obtained at Town Hall during regular business hours.

Wednesday 10:00am-Noon Thursday 3:00-5:00pm

Friday 10:00am-Noon

Watch for the OPEN sign, or call ahead.

REMINDER CONCERNING DUMPSTERS

Torrington Disposal Service has given us another

notice that the dumpsters cannot be overflowing

or there will be an additional charge. If the lid

does not close flat, the dumpster is considered

overflowing.

Also, anything set next to the dumpster will NOT

be picked up. You will need to take any items to

the Torrington landfill yourself. These items are

usually sitting on Town property, so you could be

charged by the Town under our ordinances.

Please make arrangements to have your excess or

oversized trash disposed of.
