Blue Mass On Sunday, September 8th at both the 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM Masses we will honor first responders in our community. A Blue Mass is a Mass celebrated annually in the Catholic Church for those employed in the "public safety field" (i.e. police officers, firefighters, correctional officers, 911 opera-tors and EMS personnel). The color blue relates to the blue-colored uniforms predominantly used by these services. Please join us in thanking these local heroes for their service. The Knights of Columbus will have members of the Color Corps in their regalia on hand to bring in the American and Papal flags.
