Audience Profile

• My typical fan is an 18 year old male from the B-D social group. The stereotype of Hip Hop is that it is performed and listened to by predominantly African American’s, however the band Split Profits are white males. He enjoys skateboarding, hanging out with friends and listening to his favourite music, UK hip hop. He goes to many small gigs and is a dedicated fan. He wears Adidas and Nike brands which are predominantly associated with Hip Hop culture. Caucasian people have become just as much a part of gang culture as African Americans, and this is a large part of the Hip Hop culture.
