I, John Russo, have been employed with AT&T for over 15 years. Over the last 8 years, I have been a Sales Area Manager for both
the voice growth markets division and the data growth markets
division. I felt compelled to take this time out and share with you the success I had with Marco Ronga as his manager.
As a sales manager, I find it very difficult to find the right talent. It is just as important to create a sales force with team chemistry, where dedicated individuals become natural team leaders. I certainly regard Marco as a true professional with natural talent. Not only was his performance exemplary but his
positive attitude was contagious.
There have been many changes within AT&T and Marco has decided to
explore his options. I typically do not provide a personal
written reference unless I honestly feel their overall performance was outstanding.
