Professional Headshot Booth AdvertisingIn 2014, nearly 900 attendees visited the headshot booth to have a professional headshot taken, with a number of attendees visiting more than once. Your logo will be placed on the overhead sign, one full-color meterboard in the booth and three full-color meterboards placed around the Exhibit Hall promoting the Professional Headshot booth. Your logo will also be placed on the email message sent to attendees with their headshot.

Colorado Club CartsThe Colorado Convention Center is a large place for attendees to navigate. Colorado Club Carts will shuttle attendees around the center providing extraordinary impressions and maximum exposure. Club Carts have eight dedicated stops on the conference level and four on the exhibit level. Each stop will contain a bench for waiting passengers and a stop sign with your brand or company logo. Your brand or company logo will be prominently displayed on the outside of the cart providing a continuously circulating message. The captive attendee on the Club Carts will have full visibility of your logo, too. Colorado Club Carts will shuttle attendees from Friday through Wednesday.

ATS Skills ChallengeParticipating companies will develop a task, preferably using equipment or a medical device, to be performed in their booths that can be timed or scored. Attendees will be directed to visit each of the participating exhibit booths to complete the challenge task and compete against their colleagues for the best time/score. The top five scores for each company will be displayed on three leaderboards in prominent locations in the Colorado Convention Center. Participating exhibitors are invited to choose a dynamic key opinion leader (KOL) to provide coaching and “tips and tricks” to challenge participants. The ATS will promote the schedule of any KOL appearances in your booth.

On Tuesday, the ATS will announce the holders of the best time/score for each company and distribute prizes to the winners. Winners will be contacted directly and also announced via the ATS message board and ATS social media outlets.

Promotion

The ATS will heavily promote the Skills Challenge in ATS pre-meeting and onsite publications, on the International Conference website, and through our social media outlets. We will make a special effort to reach out to fellows and residents.

The ATS will do a targeted marketing campaign to registered attendees, based on their stated area of interest. We will also have physical signage onsite to promote and encourage participation. The ATS will identify all Skills Challenge participating companies in all exhibitor listings and on maps with a special icon, and will provide a 22”x28” sign to be displayed in each sponsor's booth. The name, logo and booth number of all supporting companies will appear on three large leaderboards placed throughout the Colorado Convention Center to create awareness and drive traffic to your booth.

ATS Practical Workshops

The ATS invites medical device companies and manufacturers to organize a Practical Workshop during the ATS 2015 in Denver. Practical Workshops offer the hands-on education attendees want inside the Exhibit Hall. Companies are able to demonstrate their product and present new techniques while offering invaluable training to attendees.

The ATS promotes Practical Workshops in the ATS Daily Bulletin, ATS Exhibit Guide, and ATS Final Program distributed to all attendees onsite. Practical Workshops are also listed on the ATS International Conference website, and the ATS links to your information site if one is provided. If not, the ATS will post a PDF of program information.

Practical Workshops are 1.5 hours in length with at least 50 minutes dedicated to hands-on demonstration and skill-building.

ATS Non-CME Industry SymposiaThe ATS encourages Non-CME Industry Symposia in conjunction with the International Conference. Presentations should be scientific in nature and cannot offer CME/CE or any other form of professional credit. Programs may be open to all attendees, restricted to a U.S. or International Audience, or by invitation only. Meeting Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. In order to be confirmed, completed applications must be accompanied with the appropriate non-refundable fee.
