• This is a sample of Co-op’s Daily Totals Recap / Institution Summary Report

• Co-op’s Settlement figures will be listed on the last page of this report as “Automated Funds Movement Entry” and “Automated Funds Movement Entry –Spons Srchg”. You will need these figures for your daily balancing form.

•You will use the “Automated Funds Movement” figures as Co-op’s settlement figures. If these amounts settle via ACH then you need to post your amounts between your ATM settlement G/L and the ACH suspense G/L 870-11.•Note: You may be able to have Co-op split your automated entries through ACH so that they come in as two figures instead of one net amount. This way you could route the surcharges to the appropriate account.
