Manchester was the first and greatest industrial city in the world, at the forefront of the Industrial Revolution. It’s had some great moments; splitting the atom was just one of them and it was first done in this city.

The split-level Europa can be divided into four soundproof rooms, making it ideal if flexibility and concentration are needed. Three syndicate rooms can hold up to 30 people each in theatre style. An in-built dance floor makes entertaining hassle-free in this striking space. A separate bar area just off the main room offers flexible relaxation space and inspiration in the form of quotes from the legendary former Manager, Sir Matt Busby.

Europa Suite

If it’s great spectacle and scale you’re after, our Manchester Suite is one of the largest purpose-built facilities in the North West, with 1300m2 of space. It is often used for high-profile events and is ideal for AGMs, conferences, large seminars, exhibitions and banquets. Manchester Suite

Evolution Suite

Greatness appears luminous thanks to the fabulous stretch of windows in this popular suite. Views of the pitch act as a stunning backdrop, whilst the natural light floods into the room. If you’re searching for a venue that is full of life and energy, then look no further. The Stretford Suite has its own built in dance floor. It’s an amazingly versatile space that suits a wide range of functions.


Stretford Suite

The centre circle is literally where greatness on the pitch begins, so a bird’s eye view of this part of the pitch is very impressive for your guests. For true wow factor it’s hard to beat. A huge stretch of windows open up the room, creating an airy space that’s ideal for presentations, dinners, wedding receptions and other glamorous occasions. For conferences and other corporate functions, it makes an inspirational space to really get your delegates thinking.


Trafford Suite

If you’d like to inspire and excite hundreds of people, Salford Suite 1 and Salford Suite 2 are ideal. After all, what could be more thrilling than close access to the space where countless legendary moments have taken place.

What they also offer is flexibility. The suites can be linked via a private foyer area or used independently. Both can be used as large syndicate areas for the Manchester Suite, the layout of each making them extremely popular. Salford Suite 1 is the largest of the two, with images of the great artist Lowry, adorning the walls. Salford Suite 2 has a useful breakout room with panoramic views over the stunning quays.

Salford Suites

The venue is hallowed and nowhere more so than this room which has actually been blessed. Licensed for civil wedding ceremonies, it’s a truly unforgettable place to tie the knot. International Suite

As one of the finest private spaces in Old Trafford, the Captains Lounge offers you a generous airy setting where you can use your imagination to create an individual and highly personal event for a select group of guests. Floor to ceiling windows, contemporary furniture and wall graphics give it a light, modern feel.

This outstanding suite is named in honour of Manchester United’s historic 1999 treble and is arranged on two floors linked by a spiral staircase. It’s an ideal room for events where breakout rooms are needed, or evenings where pre-dinner drinks are planned. It also works well with the Knights Lounge opposite.

Located on the 5th floor of the Northwest Quadrant, the Kit Room is highly recommended for networking events, drinks receptions and breakout space. With a centrally positioned bar area and a theme created using all of the club’s past kits, the suite offers an atmosphere and setting like no other.

Captains Lounge 1999 Suite Kit Room

This light, contemporary space pays homage to Manchester United’s historic 1999 treble win. It was an achievement fired by an incredible spirit and the passion of that moment colours the atmosphere of this creative room. This suite celebrates the players that have played 500 games for the club, with a central bar area that naturally lends the space to networking events, drinks receptions or a breakout area.

Located opposite the Evolution Suite, The Gallery is an ultra stylish restaurant, beautifully adorned in one-off art pieces to offer a unique, artistic and unforgettable experience for all of its guests – a room that really has to be seen to be believed.

The Academy 500 Club 100 Club The Gallery

Why restrict your guests to a room, when there are so many areas where the greatness of the venue could add shine to their day? Our museum has won awards for its displays and the sight of all the silverware that this great club has won over the years is impressive. It’s possible to dress your room with some of these club trophies, which adds undeniable grandeur to your event. You might even like to book some ex-player guest speakers for your event, to share with your delegates how it feels to be a part of a world-class team.

You may also like to treat your guests to an unforgettable dining experience at our famous Red Café with its useful large space, making it ideal for entertaining.

Our rosette standard chefs create fabulous cuisine whether your event is large or small. We offer a selection of carefully crafted set menus to choose from, or we’re happy to work with you to create something individually tailored to your event.

All of our food is ethically-sourced and comes from local farmers and growers wherever possible. So you can feel great about eating it too. A carefully chosen wine list is available to complement the food and there are well-stocked bars in each of our suites.

But along with great food must come great service. Our highly trained staff are experts in the art of serving your guests quickly, professionally and of course, always with a smile.
