AstroCel ® I HTP The AstroCel ® I HTP HEPA filter is designed to provide an excellent protection of dry heat processes. The filter complies to the stringent FDA / GMP guidelines so that high output quality can be realized, but with reduced downtime risk. AstroCel I HTP proofs to be the right answer to the challenges faced in critical installations such as dry heat sterilization and depyrogenation tunnels. Improved process performance AstroCel I HTP provides a high air quality level at temperatures of 350 °C with an efficiency of 99,99% for 0,3 μm particles and 99,95% for MPPS. The robust all stainless steel construction limits particle shedding during heating and cooling due to no differences in material expansion coefficients. The elastic fibreglass media sealant is not prone to integrity breaches from stress cracks, giving a superior durability. Environmental savings AstroCel I HTP has a low initial resistance of 250 Pa at nominal airflow. Its high dust holding capacity gives a beneficial resistance curve during operation for a reduced energy consumption and equivalent CO 2 emission. Because of its robust construction and high dust holding capacity, the AstroCel I HTP filter offers a longer life expectancy. This results in reduced waste through replacement. Beneficial Total Cost of Ownership AstroCel I HTP can be operated at a high airflow rate of up to 2100 m 3 /h. This allows for a speedy temperature control up to 350 °C, through which time for heating up can be significantly reduced. With AstroCel I HTP, operational readiness is improved and cycle times of batch processes are shortened. The high durability limits risk of process downtime, while the low operating resistance gives reduced energy costs. AstroCel® I HTPThe AstroCel® I HTP HEPA filter is designed to provide an excellent protection of dry heat processes. The filter complies to the stringent FDA / GMP guidelines so that high output quality can be realized, but with reduced downtime risk. AstroCel I HTP proofs to be the right answer to the challenges faced in critical installations such as dry heat sterilization and depyrogenation tunnels.

Improved process performanceAstroCel I HTP provides a high air quality level at temperatures of 350 °C with an efficiency of ≥ 99,99% for 0,3 μm particles and

≥ 99,95% for MPPS. The robust all stainless steel construction limits particle shedding during heating and cooling due to no differences in material expansion coefficients. The elastic fibreglass media sealant is not prone to integrity breaches from stress cracks, giving a superior durability.

Environmental savingsAstroCel I HTP has a low initial resistance of ≤ 250 Pa at nominal airflow. Its high dust holding capacity gives a beneficial resistance

curve during operation for a reduced energy consumption and equivalent CO2 emission. Because of its robust construction and high dust holding capacity, the AstroCel I HTP filter offers a longer life expectancy. This results in reduced waste through replacement.

Beneficial Total Cost of OwnershipAstroCel I HTP can be operated at a high airflow rate of up to 2100 m3/h. This allows for a speedy temperature control up to

350 °C, through which time for heating up can be significantly reduced. With AstroCel I HTP, operational readiness is improved and cycle times of batch processes are shortened. The high durability limits risk of process downtime, while the low operating resistance gives reduced energy costs.

Other sizes available on request. Tests are performed under ambient conditions (20 °C), MPPS performance is based on EN1822:2009. Recommended final resistance is subject to optimisation of lifecycle costs, be it maximum 500 Pa. Filters can be operated at 50% - 100% of the nominal airflow.
