Cargill Trade & Structured Finance (TSF) was established in 1993 with the objective to create additional value for Cargill and its customers in the emerging markets. Today, with over 250 professionals in 16 locations, TSF works with customers and Cargill's commercial business units to provide financial solutions. TSF’s structuring expertise aids in mitigating documentary, cross-border and credit risks associated with trade finance. In addition to meeting Cargill’s own trade finance and trade related funding needs, TSF also optimizes Cargill's physical trade flows to generate trade finance derived liquidity in emerging markets for customers. TSF is also engaged in risk management involving proprietary trading of financial products, foreign exchange, credit and money markets. TSF brings high standards of risk management and operational excellence to the customer. Our understanding of the commercial aspects of global trade and financial institutions has allowed us to build innovative funding solutions to tackle specific customer objectives including: Trade Receivable Discounting Letters of Credit Supplier finance Collateralized lending Warehouse financing Trade and supply chain financing The Trade Flow Function is essential part of TSF global business. The candidate will be part of the TSF global trade flow coordination team that manages the global trade flow pool and allocation of trade flows to facilitate TSF structures. The candidate will play an active role in maintaining relationships with Business Units (BUs). Principal Accountabilities 10% Understanding and compliance to TSF policies and standards To understand and ensure the compliance of Trade Flow Management Guidelines. Ensure that work processes and procedures related to trade flow coordination are in compliance with Cargill and TSF/ policies and 65% Trade flow tracking, allocation and execution of TSF transactions. Collation of BU trade flow patterns/volume/details and maintenance of trade flow databases. Provision of trade flow details and volume projections to TSF traders. Trade flow allocation for TSF opportunities - For Cargill BU trade flows, obtain BUs’ approval for TSF’s use of spot trade flows; familiarity with specific requirements by TSF Bank and Corporate counterparties and where necessary, work with traders & Transaction Management teams to prioritize for optimal allocation. Preparation of TSF trade costing, contracts (based on approved templates) & instructions to Cargill BUs. Familiarity with PAF/trade-specific documentation and ability to identify inconsistencies; where necessary, seek approvals to changes with supervision. Good understanding of tax and legal considerations and regulatory requirements (US and local) of TSF structures & related trade flow patterns. Seek tax and legal approvals on new trade flow patterns with supervision. 10% Maintenance of BU relationships

• Work closely with Cargill BU trade execution coordinators and accountants to ensure that TSF trades are well understood. Good working knowledge of Cargill BU’s businesses; commercial practices & commodity specific requirements. Provide assistance and support to BUs with supervision.

15% Projects / Special Tasks

• Quarter End ROGI compilations. • Effective back up to other team members on routine matters. • Assist in special projects as requested/required.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Accounting and/or Finance or an equivalent professional degree. • 0-2 years of working experience in trade finance or forwarding / trade execution • Strong in Ethics & Values, has Integrity & Trust. • Strong command of MS Office software package, particularly MS excel (macros writing). • Keen sense of details and ability to organize and analyze large volume of information for performing daily

routine. • Cognitive ability to understand concepts and to pick up technical knowledge required for the job. • Good communication, presentation and strong interpersonal skills - able to communicate effectively with

peers, Cargill BU contacts, TSF traders and management at all levels. • Good internal control orientation, detail oriented, thoroughness and accuracy in work. • Positive thinking & self starter. • Ability to perform under pressure, multi-task and and cope with changing priorities. • Ability to deal with ambiguity and conflicts for positive outcome.
