It has come to my attention that you will be coming to our city, St. Albans on 7th August for a one week working visit. During your stay here, I would like to invite you along with your wife for a dinner with the St. Albans committee members.

This is to appreciate you for your kindness and support for our committee since the last few years. The venue is set at L Sma, as I assume you might like French cuisine as I once heard you are a frequent diner at the famous Dlicieux owned by Chef Claude Pierre. The dining will be on 8th August and start at 7 p.m..

Because the reservation have to be made a few days earlier, please reply to the address above by no later than 5th August to confirm your decision.
