5. Minimum Service Contract – 1 year.6. Clients are required to pay their bills, within 7 (seven) days of receiving the invoice/ bill/E-mail, as

advance. All unpaid accounts will be automatically disconnected on 15th of every month.7. With upgrade or downgrade of internet bandwidth the monthly payment will change accordingly. No

extra charge will be taken for change of bandwidth.8. Downgrade of bandwidth needs at least 15 days prior notification before next billing cycle.9. Six month warranty will be given for media converter (warranty void if burned or damaged physically).

All equipment must be connected to UPS.10.We will not be liable to any kind of physical damage of any equipment (i.e. stolen, burned, broken,

internal or external change etc). 11.We will not be liable to any kinds of illegal operations.12.Offer Letter is valid for 30 days only.
