What Strategy Train is?The Strategy-Train material provides information about building/developing enterprise strategy and strategic management, as well as learning and training materials and hints for tutors and trainers.

Main goalBuilding/developing small enterprises strategy and improve their competitive advantage through providing materials for decision – makers and trainers working with small enterprises.

• The Diagnostic Tool helps to identify areas / training

materials which might be of special interest for you

• By responding to a limited number of items it provides

a basic assessment of knowledge about enterprise

strategy and hints on where to start with the training

materials (if user only wants to select single

modules/units)
