ascop-gruppe. Facts.Since 1994, ascop gruppe has opened more than 11 lo-
cations with currently about 250 employees including in
Berlin, Dresden, and Wolfsburg. ascop-gruppe off ers more
than 20 training spaces in seven subjects. With a healthy
ten-year development and current annual net sales (2004)
of about Euro 8 million, we are one of the major compa-
nies of this industry.
It could be a little more, too. ascop-gruppe is not afraid
to look outside of the box. For example, trend and design
food has been more than Anglicism at our company right
from the beginning.
We consider ourselves to be a service provider for the
guest, and we work in close cooperation with center ma-
nagement and the owner. Our tight network, increased
distribution structures with good contacts to the industry,
and our own training systems and quality management
promote the effi ciency of each individual operation. Our
operations managers are responsible for „their operation“,
supported by central controlling. We maintain the perso-
nal touch and close contact to employees, both in com-
munication and in areas of responsibility.

building specifi cations. We off er alternatives, plan with
fl exibility and foresight, consider the general conditions,
your wishes, later permitting processes, and necessary
concessions. We implement concepts ranging from large-
space event locations to small coff ee shops. Our portfolio
presents projects ranging from 5 to 5,000 m2.
I M P L E M E N T A T I O N
They call our operations by their name.The planning offi ce of the ascop-gruppe creates the de-
signs and takes the location and architectural conditions
into consideration in close coordination with the owner.
Permitting processes and concessions are completely
secured. Based on our many years of experience, we are
counting on speedy implementation of expansions gua-
ranteed by comprehensive quality control. Each concept
receives a correct and detailed CI right from the begin-
ning. It is used for communications and establishment on
the market.

Personality, culture and customer benefi tsThe ascop-gruppe has a sophisticated structure providing
smooth effi cient operation of the many operations sup-
ported by the broad network that is accessible to everyo-
ne in any business segment. Specifi cally trained individu-
als are hired for each individual operation. Each location
has its own on-site operating manager, who is responsib-
le for the operation, and also the manager and personal
contact. The ascop-gruppe further secures the operations
with constant quality control through controlling and trai-
ning. Training trainees to become our own employees is
important to us.

Our advertising, and press and
public relations work, bene-
fi ts the location and also the
surrounding businesses. De-
pending on the type and size
of the individual business, we
constantly perform image
campaigns, product adverti-
sing, and special promotions. We use synergies and part-
nerships with the industry and neighboring companies
and further expand them. Among other things, we cre-
ated an event agency exclusively for this purpose, which
specialized in events and actions that are designed to in-
crease frequency. Our marketing department constantly
performs response actions and develops new tools for
customer commitment. Last, but not least, this operation
method enables us to access continuously updated com-
prehensive databases.

We are many things, but not boring.In 1999, Event and Marketing Agency 1 was founded based
on our own needs and the goal of “added value” for com-
petition. Initially exclusively designed for our own struc-
ture the scope of tasks was constantly expanded due to
demand. Agency 1 off ers comprehensive creative event
and convention services for the network and external cus-
tomers locally and away from our location.

One of the former “IN“ spots in Berlin was Mocca- Milch-
Eisbar. To see and be seen, that’s what it’s all about. Typi-
cal celebrity and neighborhood hangout with club atmos-
phere. Ideal meeting location for business meetings. Café
Alberts is the hot spot of the Berliner weekend brunch
scene. In the summer, the 400 m2 terrace is inviting for
relaxation.
