We’ve come a long waysince 1991, and we’re proudof our achievements so far.

But, true to our values, our work is

never done! Together as a team, we

want to keep learning, innovating,

and expanding on what it means to

‘recycle right’ – including complete

reuse, recycling, and upcycling.

Very simply, our vision is to provide a cradle to cradle

alternative, reducing waste within the construction and

landscaping industries by being the leader in sustainable

demolition and recyclable products. In doing so, we’ll

provide significant cost savings to our customers and

minimise our environmental footprint to preserve the

planet for future generations. After all, that’s what

it’s all about.

At the core of everything we do, lies a deep commitment to sustainability.

Our History

At EcoGroup, we’re all about

recycling right.

We do that in a number of ways,

with a range of services and

products. One thing’s for sure

though – we’re not just another

brick in the wall!

We’ve been around since 1991, when Founder Toby Sail,

a professional landscaper and environmentalist, realised

the potential of using recycled bricks in landscaping works.

Since then, we’ve come a long way – expanding into

sustainable demolition and the supply of various recycled

building materials and landscaping products, including

crushed brick for sustainable tennis courts, recycled

timber garden, and much more.

At the core of everything we do, lies a deep

commitment to sustainability.

By maximising salvageable materials and minimising

the waste that goes to landfill, we’re preserving the

environment for generations to come. After all,

what’s more important than that?

Not ones to rest on our laurels, we’re constantly

looking for new ways to innovate, recycle, and upcycle –

benefiting both our customers and the environment.

As a result, we’ve earned a reputation for:

— Delivering world-class sustainable demolition

and excavation services;

— Providing the highest-quality recycled and

upcycled products at affordable prices; and

— Surpassing client expectations with our

friendly customer service.

We have a valued, multi-disciplined team in excess

of 45 people, all of whom are dedicated to serving

our customers and achieving our vision. Together,

we’re transforming the demolition, construction,

and landscaping industries by providing a green

alternative. We hope you’ll join us on the journey.

Doing things differently takes real dedication. These fundamental values form the backbone of everything we do, keeping us focused on our vision.

Innovation

We believe there’s always room to improve, and new

ideas to bring to life. Innovation is our lifeblood, so we’re

constantly questioning the status quo and inventing

new products and services to make life better for

our customers and the environment.

Customer empathy

We take the time to understand our customers’ needs,

and then we leverage our broad experience and expertise

to help them achieve the best possible result. Our

customers value our friendliness, dependability,

knowledge, and passion.

Environmental sustainability

As well as caring about our customers, we care deeply for

our planet. After all, that’s why we started in the first place!

Everything we do is designed to do no harm, preserving

our precious Earth for generations to come.

Positive change

No matter the challenge, we believe where there’s a will

there’s a way! Working together as a team, we use our

problem-solving skills and can-do attitude to invent new

solutions that make a positive change to the way we

recycle.

Team work

We can’t do it alone, and neither can you. We consider

our valued staff members and our customers to be one

big team – all working together to recycle right and

preserve our planet.

Asbestos removal

Asbestos removal is a serious business with no room

for error when it comes to safety. We hold a Class B

Asbestos Removal Licence and have the expertise

to safely remove asbestos from your commercial,

industrial or domestic property.

Sustainable demolition

We’re proud to be Australia’s first green demolisher,

minimising waste to landfill by deliberately and delicately

removing all salvageable material before razing a

structure. In doing so, we deliver benefits for both

the environment and your back pocket.

Excavation

If only excavation was as simple as digging

a big hole! We provide excavation services for

commercial, industrial and domestic projects

as a standalone service or in combination

with our demolition service for significant

cost savings. Using the latest equipment,

we excavate safely and efficiently.

Site remediation

Scratching your head and wondering what on earth

site remediation is? You’re not alone! Very simply, site

remediation is the process of removing contaminants

from the ground. We offer a specialised service:

determining if you have contaminants, where

they’re located, and how to move forward for

a cost-effective and practical outcome.

Brick Products

Recycled bricks and pavers

We’re loud and proud about our love for recycled bricks.

Why? Because they’re 20% cheaper than new bricks,

preserve the environment by reducing waste to landfill

and carbon emissions, and provide an immediate

patina of age and charm. So, it’s no surprise that we’re

Australia’s leading supplier. Whether you’re building,

renovating, or repairing, our extensive range means

we’ll have the right bricks for you – and our unique

brick-cleaning process guarantees they’ll look as

good as new. For landscaping projects, we also

have a vast range of recycled pavers.

Red Porous Crushed Brick

Our red porous crushed brick (otherwise known as red

brick dust) is crushed to 2.5mm, and is ideal for surfacing

clay tennis courts and baseball diamonds. Crushed from

100% red recycled bricks, it’s a great environmentally-

friendly option for club owners and sports fans. Our

red porous crushed brick comes in 1m3 bulk bags,

25kg bags, or loose by the cubic metre.

Eco Toppings

Eco Toppings is a richly-coloured, high-end decorative

product used for landscaping. Ideal for pathways,

driveways, bike tracks, and landscaping features,

it compacts to a smooth yet permeable surface.

Sustainably made from 100% recycled bricks, it

won’t blow away, provides good traction, is easy

to clean, won’t fade, allows water to seep into

the earth, and has no chemical effect on soil.

Available sizes: 0.9mm to 70mm of toppings

and aggregates.

“ Our clients have been extremely

happy with the look of bricks

purchased from EcoGroup, it was

just what they wanted to create

the heritage feel for their unit

site development.”

Ecovantage

Eco Mulch

Eco Mulch is an environmentally-friendly product for

your garden, made from 100% recycled timber salvaged

from Australian demolition sites. In addition to its clear

environmental benefits, Eco Mulch improves soil structure

by aiding moisture retention, helps control weeds as it

contains no weed seed, will not blow away due to its high

density, and is compact to store and use. Eco Mulch is

provided loose by the cubic metre or compressed in

convenient 10kg carry packs.

Eco Briquettes

There’s nothing like a real fire, but fire wood is a pain! It’s

messy, time consuming to chop up, and expensive. Not

to mention, felling trees should be avoided at all costs.

Eco Briquettes provide the smartest timber fire for you

and the environment. Made from 100% recycled timber

salvaged from Australian demolition sites, they’re a

source of bio energy that would have otherwise ended

up in landfill. Environmentally friendly, compact to

transport and store, easy to light and use, containing

no additives or accelerants, and providing a long,

clean burn with great heat in a variety of burner

systems, Eco Briquettes are a no-brainer.
