Network Billing Systems, L.L.C. ("Company") hereby notifies the South Carolina Public ServiceCommission ("Commission") that the Company is changing its name to Fusion LLC ("Fusion"),effective immediately.'vidence of Fusion's Secretary of State amended name registration isattached.

The Company maintains a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity ("Certificate") toprovide competitive interexchange telecommunications services in the State of South Carolina.tThe Company provides service exclusively to commercial subscribers. This change in corporatename will have no effect on the services offered to South Carolina customers. The Companyrespectfully requests that the Commission approve its name change and amend the Company'scertification and Commission records to reflect the Fusion LLC name, as appropriate.

The Company's replacement tariff, South Carolina P.S.C. TariffNo. 2, reflecting the Company'snew name and address is being submitted via the Commission's Etariff electronic tariff filingsystem. The tariff remains otherwise unchanged.
