Wise Thoughts: Life is a dream for the wise, a game for the fool, a comedy for the rich, a tragedy for the poor. ~Sholom Aleichem Gratitude is a beautiful and restorative practice, because no matter what difficulties you may be facing, there are always gifts to be thankful for in your life. To be happy is to feel fulfilled, joyful, and content in your life. Happiness may not always feel within reach, but feeling happy is a worthy goal for each and every day. When it comes to making someone happy, you can start small... ~Michelle Medlock Adams

Finding joy is a lifelong quest, and when you experience the joy of living a good life, the joy of giving to others, or the joy of a simple, perfect moment, you will be able to share your joy with those around you.

No obstacle can be overcome without perseverance. When you persevere and see a challenge through to

its conclusion, not only will you accomplish more, you will boost your belief that you can achieve

anything you set your mind to.

Positive thinking starts with a joy-centered outlook on life, where you seek out the good in every

situation, even those that would seem challenging or difficult.
