Second Sunday Concert

As Time Goes By Sunday, November 10 2PM Emmy award-winning actress Elaine Bromka and Reathel Bean will perform an engaging blend of scenes, songs, and sly humor from the writings of Thornton Wilder, Neil Simon, Erma Bombeck, George Carlin, and more as their characters ponder the age-old question, “what does it all mean?” as they journey through an entertaining mix of writers and material. No registration needed.

A big thank you to Wegmans for fully funding our 2013 concert series.

Library Closes Early at 5PM on Wed., Nov. 27 and is CLOSED on Thurs., Nov. 28

Yoga for Beginners Wednesday, November 6 7PM Come sample this ancient method of relaxing with a master yoga instructor. Wear loose clothing and bring a mat, if desired. No registration needed.

Meditation Tuesday, November 19 7PM Join an experienced meditation instructor and achieve relaxation of your mind and body. Wear comfortable clothes, try not to eat a big meal before class and bring a mat or towel. (If you prefer not to sit on the floor, you may sit on a chair.) No registration.

Make and Take Pottery Fridays November 15 & 22 1:30PM Join artist Janet Cebular and create a vase or pitcher with

4 We Disagreed as Rational Friends - John Adams & Thomas Jefferson Sunday, December 1 2PM Join us as two actors from American Historical Theatre demonstrate the opinions, rivalries and friendship between John Adams and Thomas Jefferson. In this unique collaboration, John Adams (Peyton Dixon) meets with one of his greater friends and challenges, fellow representative, vice-president, president and patriot Thomas Jefferson (Steve Edenbo). Their teamwork, friendship, rivalry, and finally renewed friendship, is perhaps the most famous relationship between two Presidents of the United States. College Essay Peer Review Sunday, November 3 2-3:30PM Freaking out about your college application? Never fear! Band together with other high school seniors to review your essays in a stress-free environment. Hot chocolate and snacks will be provided.
