eye on the object to be looked at, tbe inner
ope being especially used' when a dear
object is to be looked at. It is in these
three muscles mentioned tbat tbe fatigue is

a redness of the rim o f the eyelid, betoken

not the proper remedy,but tbo use of glass-es o f sufficient power to aid in accom-
modating tho eye to vision.
