Nu. RDA.5712013/1 01 Dated Shillong, the 18" February,2016.

Whereas it appears to the Government that a total of 158255.49 sq.m land is required

in the Village Lwai to Mawmaram (RHS), Distriet East Khasi Hills for publie purpose,

namely, Acquisition of land for construction ofShillong-Nongstoin-Tura Road.

Therefore, declaration is made that the plot ofland measuring more or less 158255.49

Sq.m of standard measurement in the Village Lwai to Mawmaram (RHS) District East

Khasi Hills as per detail description below is under acquisition for the above said project and

is required to be taken by the Government for public purposes:­
