GUIDELINES

FOOD & BEVERAGE All food and beverage served will be provided by the Hilton Garden Inn Omaha East/Council Bluffs, with the exception of wedding cakes and homemade mints. Under no circumstances will outside food or beverage be allowed to be brought into our banquet facility without being subject to a penalty fee.

The Hilton Garden Inn Omaha East/Council Bluffs reserves the right to take reasonable action to monitor the legal drinking age and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to have reached their drinking limits.

ROOM ACCESS The Hilton Garden Inn Omaha East/Council Bluffs guarantees access to your function space 12:00PM the day of the event. Additional time will be provided, at no additional charge, when possible but not guaranteed. Please visit with the Wedding Coordinator about special request regarding additional time or the decorating of walls or ceilings.

Each banquet table will comfortably seat eight of your guests. Because it can be difficult to envision your wedding on paper, we encourage you to visit for a complete site tour and consultation. Please talk with a wedding coordinator to arrange a time.

DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS To secure space, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is due with a signed contract. The deposit and any additional payments will be credited towards your final charges. Should the event be canceled, any additional payments will be refunded subject to signed contract terms.

PAYMENT A guaranteed method of payment will need to be on file for the banquet event. Guaranteed numbers will be required three days prior to event. Final charges will be billed based from guaranteed numbers.

GROUP BLOCK The Hilton Garden Inn Omaha East/Council Bluffs can hold a block of rooms for your event up until 30 days prior to the arrival date. Individuals must request the group name when making reservations. Any rooms remaining in the block after the release date will be returned to the hotel inventory. Reservations can be made after the release date subject to approval and availability.
