Weekly art activities for children

and young people at

Kingsgate Community Centre

Classes will not run during half term week or bank holidays

(Monday 4th – Friday 8th June and 7th May 2012).

You can register your child(ren), by phone, email or in person please contact

You will need to complete a registration form, please bring with you:

- Full payment for the course(s) payable by cash or cheque. Cheques

should be made out to Kingsgate Community Association.

- Proof of address.

- Proof for concessions rates required (e.g. Housing Benefit, Job Seekers

Allowance, Disability Living Allowance, Tax Credit).

- Address of GP for your child(ren) and any relevant medical information.
