The modular concretecomponents include:

-shaped posts, one foothigh panels, panel caps,

and post caps, which allow for fast, clean installation.Cranes and hoists are notneeded to erect the fence.

1. The post holes are drilled ve toeight feet on center in accordancewith specications.

2. The posts are set into the holesand monolithically lled with3000 p.s.i. concrete.

Artisan Precast fencesystems add a specialdimension to thestreetscape while providingprivacy and reducedvehicular noise. If yourproject is to be completedin phases, the modulardesign allows for colormatching of your fencesat each phase.

With the national emphasis on Homeland Security, our walls provide highsecurity with the added benet of a theme and color scheme that can blendin with the surroundings of the local community as permanent screeningwalls or highway noise barriers.

Our wall and fence systems are engineered and manufactured with steelreinforced concrete panels and embedded high-strength vertical steel rodsin each concrete post. The posts are installed in concrete foundations everyve to eight feet which serves as a secure barrier to vehicular penetration.

Should a collision occur, the

replacement of the posts andpanels is faster and less costly thana masonry wall.

Additional steel and higherstrength concrete are available byspecial order. Steel plates can beimbedded in the top of the postsfor attaching barbed wire arms.

3. The rst panel is guided downthe post track. Each end restson the post foundations or canbe elevated to accommodatedrainage under the fence.

4. The remaining panels areguided down the post trackand interlock with the previouslyplaced panel.

The fence components are thoroughly mixed and vibrated toattain a minimum compression strength of 5000 p.s.i. at 28days using pea gravel aggregate and a corrosive inhibitor.

The rebar conforms to ASTM A615, Grade 60.

The steel mesh is galvanized.

All components are manufactured with brillated beras a secondary reinforcement.

Iron oxide pigment is added for permanent color.UTILITY COMPANIES routinely specify our products for perimeter securityat electrical substations, compressor stations, water storage and natural gas

facilities as cost-effective alternatives to poured-in-place concrete, stone ormasonry. They also serve as permanent screening walls and noise barriers.

Our FENCESTONE wall system provides the appearance andwarmth of natural hand-laid ledgestone with clefts and crevicesat substantially less cost. FENCESTONE imparts a lively yetsubdued pattern in the landscape.

As with all of our fences, the textural denition is naturallyenhanced by the changing light of the sun. The deep texturecontributes to noise reduction along highways when installedas a sound barrier or screen wall and is a welcome visualenhancement to property owners adjacent to the road.

Highly desirable for residential community perimeters,FENCESTONE has a rich appearance which adds valueto any project.

WOODCRETE was the rst precast concrete fence to beintroduced to the market over 25 years ago. It provides thevisual impact of crafted wood with the longevity of concrete.

The whirls and patterns of the deep woodgrain texture arefurther accentuated by the slight variations inherent in naturallycolored concrete. The one by ve foot panels have a twoboard pattern on one side and a three board on the other,with equal texture on both sides.

WOODCRETE is an excellent alternative to wood as a propertyline divider. It is also ideal as a replacement for deterioratedwood fencing around residential developments, apartmentsand any other environment in which the residents have grownaccustomed to the rustic warmth of natural wood fences.

BRICKCRETE captures the appearance and the aestheticqualities of weather-worn tumbled brick. Frequently referred toas used brick, the chipped and pitted surface, along with theshape of the bricks, makes this product very convincing.

BRICKCRETE is much less expensive than a traditional brickwall, while providing the visual impact of genuine used brick.The pattern and texture blend well with brick that has beenincorporated into the design of nearby structures.

The signature look of CEDARCRETE is the board on boardpattern. The deep woodgrain texture contributes to the visualsatisfaction the fence provides.

CEDARCRETE is unique to our product line. The panels are setvertically to simulate typical cedar or redwood fences. The topand bottom cap rails are designed to create the appearance of ahighly crafted fence.

Condominium and homeowner associations chooseCEDARCRETE to replace weather-worn wood cedarfences. Monthly fees allocated for fence maintenance maybe substantially reduced as a result of the maintenance-free
