Interpretation

We think that this painting is set in New York because in the background you can notice The Statue of Liberty and a city. We also believe that this was when Frida might have been poor. Our evidence is the fact that the clothesline’s string is tied to a toilet and a trophy. We think that Frida Kahlo may be interested in painting abstract paintings. We think Frida may enjoy painting out-of-this-world, abnormal paintings because of the trophy attached to a toilet.
