  • Arrival day will be Friday the 27.03. 2020 and the departure day the 05.04.2020. Between this time you will have a great program mix (academic, social, leisure, cultural part). We will also have a Weekend Trip outside of Moscow in a small village not far away from the city.

    You will be hosted in a hostel, student dormitory or some similar institution.

    We will have some lunch in the local restaurants or canteen, all other meals will be cooked and served by your helpful organizers! :)

    Let us know about it as soon as possible. This will be of great help to us in case of delays or other problems.

    We bet you'll need one :) As long as you get accepted, we’ll send all information regarding the visa issue.

    This is very important for you. You must bring health insurance, or something similar.

  • Save all useful information on your phone (including this guide) + make notes on paper.

  • We bet you’re going to use a plane, so there are three main airports:

  • Sheremetyevo International Airport is an international airport (what a surprise) located in Khimki,

    Moscow region, 29 km northwest of central Moscow.

    It is the largest Russian airport for scheduled international flights, with frequent express trains to city.

    The main international terminal is Sheremetyevo F.

    Aeroexpress. On 28 August 2009 direct railway communication was opened between the Belorussky

    Railway Station and the Sheremetyevo International Airport. In trains to “Sheremetevo” the

    passengers may use new business class coaches. They are offered reserved seat with an extra space,

    free newspapers, hot drinks, refreshments, as well as wireless Internet access.

    Departure from Belorussky railway station from 05:30 until 00:30 every 30 minutes. Deprture from

    Sheremetyevo from 05:00 until 00:30 every 30 minutes. Time of Journey: 35 minutes.

    The fare is: 420 RUB (Standard, www.aeroexpress.ru and app), 470 RUB (Standard, at place), 1000

    RUB, (Business), 840 RUB (Round Trip).

  • Moscow Domodedovo Airport or Domodedovo International Airport is an international airport

    (wow, slow down) located on the territory of Domodedovom, Moscow region, 42 kilometers

    south-southeast from the center of Moscow.

    Aeroexpress. Paveletsky railway station has a city passenger terminal connected to Domodedovo

    airport by high-speed railway. The comfortable high-speed Aeroexpress train travels between

    Paveletsky-Moscow and Domodovo Airport.

    Vnukovo, Moscow region, 28 kilometers southwest from the center of Moscow.

  • The oldest evidence of humans on the territory of , the capital of Russian

  • It’s better to change your money not in an airport, but in any bank or exchange

    point. But you may buy up to 1000 rubles in arrival day for water/tickets/something. This

    days ruble is weak, so bring all your euros and buy our oil (please).
