Some experiences that he has gained during the course of his career as a Business Analyst liaising between Business and Technology: 11 years of Business Analyst experience including all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): gathering requirements, business process management, analysis, testing and implementation of projects. Project experience utilizing an Agile Methodology since 2011. Good experience in preparing business requirement documents, functional requirement documents, change requests and analyzing business and client requirement documents (BRD, FRD, and CRF). Reviewing Test Procedures, defining Test Cases, reviewing and maintaining Test Scripts, executing tests in systems like Jira, HP Quality Center (ALM), BugZilla, analyzing bugs, interaction with team members in fixing errors and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Recently (last) worked on changes, additions, and improvements to a web based Property Insurance and Reinsurance (Treaty and Facultative), proprietary (in-house) pricing application called Catapult. Was a part of several application-to-application integration projects critical in reducing processing time for business by decreasing the number of keystrokes and clicks. While at MetLife, prior to Everest Reinsurance Inc., he worked primarily in a team of individuals working with the consumer- facing, web-based Life Insurance application. This is a dynamic application that changes with the entries that the consumer selects or makes, enabling them to apply for and buy certain life insurance products almost instantaneously. While at the NYC Dept. of Health and Mental Hygiene, he was working on replacing the current web-based application called EVERS to EVITAL. This system is used to register the births and deaths happening everyday throughout the 5 boroughs of NYC, and has thousands of external users by way of Doctors, Registered

● While at Lbi, he worked on clarifying and documenting the requirements for some promotional web pages for a Johnson & Johnson product. Similarly, at Arvato I helped prepare the SOW for data management for York Wallpapers and conducted initial requirement gathering workshops. He was also involved in sprints pertaining to projects where they developed and personalized the Hybris ecommerce platform to the end client’s requirements and specifications.

● IBM was his first exposure to a completely iterative and Agile set-up: IBM being a completely agile shop. He was part of a global team involved in creating an eCommerce page on the IBM website for 2 of their cloud-based products – Cast Iron and Lotus Live.

● He was initially hired at Dish for an enhancement in the Oracle Siebel CRM with streamlining a straight-through process. This involved real-time updates on work order tickets from the time a customer called in with an issue, to the resolution.

● He has also worked on the DISH Network consumer facing website in the logged-in and non-logged in sections and worked on creating new pages, offering new functionality, and enhancements for existing pages. (ATG ecommerce platform)

● While a full-time employee in the mid-sized organization, Executive Wireless, he helped to enhance their web presence via implementing SEO tools. He also enhanced their eCommerce offerings by improving the ease of use on their consumer facing website. A major enhancement was straightening out their check-out process which was causing them to lose a lot of customers.

● He started his career at Macy’s by helping in gathering and documenting requirements to create an API (Application Program Interface) for their consumer facing website, enabling the visitor to apply for the Macy’s store (credit) card online over secure web pages, and to get accepted or rejected within minutes.

● His main strength in this position is his "get it done" attitude and knowing how to execute a successful implementation while handling all roadblocks.

● He has worked in an Agile environment with changing customer/ market needs and being able to react to change.

● He has interacted with several levels of the organization including executive management, clients, non-technical teams displaying excellent communication skills blended with strong technical background.

● He has managed team assignments, project plans, estimates, code reviews of teams working in different locations with efficient collaboration.

● He has conducted quality assurance testing on Pre-Release environments to ensure applications met customer needs and specifications.
