The production area of Parmigiano Reggiano
Founded in late 2014, Armonie Alimentari is an example of what we may call
innovation in the food world. The company is based in Bibbiano, a small town in
the province of Reggio Emilia, where 900 years ago Parmigiano Reggiano was
born.
The company produces a unique, 100% Italian-made product called Parmonie.
This product is a chip made with 24-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano DOP,
olive oil and flour. These three ingredients are blended into a dough, shaped into
chips and baked in the oven, with no added preservatives.
“Our chips”, says Gianluca Menozzi, chairman of the company, “reflect the artisan philosophy of Remo Bronzoni, one of Bibbiano’s historic bakers and today a partner of Armonie Alimentari, which created this product 10 years ago”.
Armonie Alimentari focuses carefully on the selection of
Premium suppliers for its ingredients and packaging; and
thanks to the high quality of its product, the company has
successfully penetrated the market segment alongside
multinational brands and large cheese traders.
