1. What is Ariba SIM Application

Ariba is web based application which allows suppliers and DDW to collaborate online

to expedite the supplier on-boarding process.

Enables and facilitates the exchange of information between buying and selling

organizations via Ariba Network ensuring all the needed information is provided for

registering a supplier

The main functions included in the Ariba SIM are:

• Supplier Self Registration via Ariba Network

• Supplier Profile Questionnaire Review and Approval Process

Drydocks Procurement shares the Drydocks supplier registration

portal URL via Drydocks corporate Website

Supplier Admin verifies the profile and based on the verification approves

/ rejects the supplier

Supplier accesses the URL and initiates the Ariba Network

supplier registration process.

Once Ariba Network profile is active, then supplier completes the profile

requested by Drydcoks and submits to Drydocks Supplier

• Save your work: Filling profile information may take 30minutes. Click on the ‘Save as Draft’ button frequently to save your profile

• First things first: Keep the following soft copy documents handy to enable uninterrupted registration process. The whole process should not take more than 30 minutes

• Keeping profile up-to-date: Time to time Drydocks may request you to update your profile through automated email notifications. All you need to do is,

• Login to Ariba Network using the URL: ttp://drydocks.supplier-eu.ariba.com/

• Go to the tab “Customer requested”

• Click on Drydocks and complete the requested profile fields and click on Submit
