Welcome to the Aria System. Congratulations on your purchase from Street Furniture Australia.

As Aria and its components are a modular system, there are many configurations that can be customised. The following installation guide is a general guide only and does not refer to your specific configuration. Details will be provided separately on your chosen configuration and its layout.

Before beginning installation please read through this guide thoroughly.

Important to note:• Please ensure you have the correct configuration and components

before beginning, this information will be provided by our sales team.• If you have purchased a PowerMe™ Table you must have a licenced

electrician perform the site preparation and installation.• Ensure the orientation of the Aria Seats and Benches is correct before

fixing. Please refer to your site plan.• Ensure the area where the seating is to be fixed is prepared and as

level as possible.• Masonry bits and mounting fixtures are not included.• Take care when handling the products to ensure no scratches, dents

or other damage occurs.• Please check that you have received all the components and inspect

goods on delivery. Double check with the list on the next page. The image is for example only, you should receive your selected legs and/or arms. Claims for defects or damage, shortage in quantity or failure to comply with the description or quote must be made within seven (7) business days. In case of damage, Street Furniture Australia requires photographic evidence. If the damage occurred during transport, we highly recommend taking photos prior to removing packaging.

• In some cases the seats or benches will arrive with the axle and legs removed, instructions for assembling these is on page 3.

Understanding Aria

Your Aria configuration comes with a code to identify its layout. It is important to understand this to ensure the right components are received and layout is successful.

1. HOW TO ATTACH LEGSIn some cases your Aria System is delivered with the axle and legs unattached to ensure safe delivery. Please follow the assembly steps below.

1. Check you have all suitable legs, axle lengths and fasteners before starting (this information will be provided separately based on your order).

2. Position the seat or bench upside down.3. Take the axle and position it according to Fig 1.4. Position the axle caps as shown in Fig 2. Position the legs and/or

axle clamps, ensuring they are correctly oriented.5. Tighten the bolts to ensure the axle is secured in place as shown in

Fig 3.6. Once all legs are fixed, flip the bench or seat upright and proceed

with surface or sub-surface fixing as shown in Fig 4.

2. HOW TO CONNECT PANELSIf your Aria configuration includes the connector panels shown below, please follow the steps below.

1. Position all seats and benches according to the specified layout.2. Attach all connector panels as shown in Fig 1.3. Once all products are positioned screw the connector panels to the

seat castings using the included M10x20 Bolts (4 per panel) and washers as shown in Fig 2. Ensure bolts are tightened sufficiently.

4. With all panels fixed the seating arrangement can be surface or sub-surface fixed.

3. HOW TO INTEGRATE THE POWERME™ TABLEIf your Aria configuration includes a PowerMe™ Table, please follow the steps below.

1. Remove products from packaging (ARIA 2S-PM-2S shown).2. Connect the PowerMe Table/s to power. This work must be carried

out by a qualified electrician. Once the power is connected and working the table can be fixed into place as shown in Fig. 1a for on-ground cabling and Fig. 1b for in-ground cabling.

3. With PowerMe Table fixed in position - assemble the Aria Seats or Benches into place according to your configuration as seen in Fig. 2.

4. Insert each opposing axle into the round key opening of the PowerMe pedestal leg and ensure they meet face to face aligned to the centre. Firmly tighten the 2 x M10 Hex Bolts using an Allen key to fix the seats and/or benches in place, see Fig. 3.

5. Once the seat assembly is fixed together, proceed with surface or sub-surface fixing it in place as shown in Fig 4.

Tighten the two bolts in the pedestal leg to clamp the PowerMe Table in place.

4. HOW TO BOLT ON AN ARIA ARMIf your Aria configuration includes arms, please follow the steps below.

1. Remove products from packaging. Make sure you have all the components and tools required Fig. 1.

2. Align arm holes with seat casting holes Fig. 2.3. Thread a countersunk bolt through the upper part of the arm and

seat casting hole Fig. 3. 4. Put a washer on the buttonhead bolt. Thread it through the arm and

seat casting hole from the underside Fig. 4.5. Repeat step 2 to 4 for the other holes Fig. 5.

LARGE CONFIGURATIONIf you have ordered a large configuration with multiple connector panels and PowerMe Tables, the process will be similar but it is key that the site is prepared before installation begins. Most importantly, power must be available for the PowerMe Tables.

Using the configuration to the right as an example, below are important notes and steps for a successful installation.

POWERME™ TABLE CONDUIT LOCATIONSIf your Aria configuration includes multiple PowerMe Tables you will receive a coordinate map, similar to the figure on the right, to enable correct location of an underground electrical conduit to provide power to the tables.

This is a very important step to ensure your configuration can be assembled correctly. Connect the PowerMe Tables to power as the first step.

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATIONFor large configurations, you will receive your order in modules with the legs detached (in most cases). Proceed to assemble the configuration onsite according to the signed off drawing.

It is highly recommended to fully assemble your configuration in its correct location BEFORE surface or sub-surface fixing.
