meet steveSteve Hokin is the proud owner and director of Aria Homes NSW, he has been in the building industry for over 29 years.

Aria Homes NSW is a family run business. Together with his wife Sarah they build custom designer homes. Aria Homes NSW office team consists of Steve’s sister Jody and his mother in law Sam, nephew Jayden is our building supervisor.

At Aria Homes NSW we are very passionate about building and delivery a quality home for our clients. Aria Homes NSW always have our client’s expectations at heart, your home building experience should be an exciting and enjoyable time. Our team ensures constant communication throughout your build.

At Aria Homes NSW we do many walk throughs during the building process. Steve monitors every build, he is onsite getting his hands dirty, he will do what needs to be done to deliver your beautiful home.

At Aria Homes NSW, we will tailor your new home to suit your needs. Over the years, we have built many homes and now have some new home designs that you may want to consider. We are also open to your ideas and suggestions in designing your new home.

We have a great partnership with building suppliers and resource the best quality products on the market at a very competitive rate. As the owner and builder of the company, Steve will be the first person you meet and your point of contact throughout the entire project. Steve is very approachable and is always available to answer your questions or deal with any problems that may arise and keep you constantly updated.

Once building has commenced Steve will oversee and supervise the progress of the build. He will organise all the trades from start to finish. All tradesman used are qualified, licensed and insured. Steve ensures that all works are completed to the highest quality.

Each project is specialised to your needs. At Aria Homes NSW, we can build a complete home including all standard inclusions or vary it. The build time is approximately 20 weeks after council approval. This may vary depending on weather.
