Mr. Arendt is a Member of the firm’s Real Estate Department. He is experienced in acquisition anddevelopment, leasing, and real estate workouts and foreclosures. His representation has included variousground-up developments, retail centers, as well as banks and lenders in deed of trust and mezzanineprojects.

Mr. Arendt is a Certified Real Estate Specialist with the Arizona State Bar Board of Legal Specialization.He has been listed in Southwest Super Lawyers® for over seven consecutive years, is included amongArizona’s Finest Lawyers, and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America© for Real Estate since 2002.

Mr. Arendt is currently a member of the State Bar’s Real Estate Advisory Commission.
