    6376Multi -Metal Alkaline Cleaner

    PRIMARY APPLICATION

    Ardrox6376 is a liquid non-phosphate multi-metal cleaner for tank immersion application. A blend ofalkaline salts and wetting agents, it is inhibited to safely remove oils, greases, and other productionsoils from aluminum, copper, magnesium and titanium. Ardrox 6376 can also be used to clean ferrousmetals and is free-rinsing.

    APPLICATION PROCEDURE

    In Immersion Tanks

    Ardrox 6376 is mixed with water at a concentration range of 20 to 30 gallons for each 100 gallons of

    working solution, and then heated from 140 to 180F. In a typical cleaning operation, parts areimmersed for 15 to 30 minutes and rinsed in overflowing water for 30 to 60 seconds. Agitationenhances and speeds up cleaning.

    NOTE: The above is based upon standard industrial use. Some production operations may requireother operating instructions. The Chemetall Oakite representative will recommend the bestway to use this product based upon production requirements.

    Prior to handling and use of any of the materials referenced in this document, the Material Safety Data

    Sheets should be read and understood by all personnel in contact with these materials.

    KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN

    STORAGE

    Dry indoor storage at temperatures between 40F and 100F is recommended, away from any

    incompatible materials referenced in the Material Safety Data Sheets. All containers should be tightlyclosed when not in use.

    SHELF LIFE

    The shelf life is 2 years.

    DISPOSAL

    Any disposal of the materials referenced in this document should be in accordance with all applicablefederal, state, and local regulations. The process solution can contain components other than thosepresent in the materials as supplied. Analysis of process solutions may be required prior to disposal.
