To complete the Learning Module Assignment:

1. Once in your chosen module, click on “Download the Word document” and save it to your desktop as a Microsoft Word document.

2. In your downloaded Microsoft Word module, follow the directions (on the right-hand side) to locate the information on the website to answer the module questions. You will be going back and forth between your downloaded module and the website. Type your answers directly into your downloaded module document.

3. After completing the module questions, on the same Word document, write an approximately 250 word (one page) reflection paper on what you found in your module and your response to it. Important: This reflection paper is not a summary of what you found but a discussion of it. For example, what did you find most significant, most interesting, most surprising, what questions would you have asked or not asked, what further research would you like to see, etc.?

4. Post your completed module on the ARDA assignment page.
