The Transformers Theatre multi adaptability concept came from a process of design performance’s optimization of a new theatre on the site of the currently abandoned open air theatre in Budapest - the Parkszínpad. The analysis of many possibilities of contemporary performance arts defined a multi purpose theatre primarily trough out diffe-rent positions of stage. The relationship among stage and seats location runs out based on Jigzaw game interde-pendence concept, whose configuration set the placement of acoustic panels, coming out with a unique acoustic surface in the end.

The three theatre requirements were taken as design parameters and specific strategies were used to each established condition to connect them in an inte-grated adaptive and flexible system allowing its reconfiguration according to different performances. It all was carried out trough many analogue and digital simulations of structure, material and geometry.

Leipzig is a larger and attractive city combining a blend oftradition and innovation, dynamism and development.Music has been a long lived part of the city playing in its growth and history. The Alte Messe is in the core of the city, growing day by day, whose development concept allows joining to existing projects or starting new trends. Leipzig's main rail station is one of the most important transportation nodes in Central Germany's regional and long distance public transport system. The site has the second ring road of the city (Semmelweisstrasse), which after the city central ring road become the second envelope of activities within the city. After the peaceful revolution and eco-nomic upheaval with very short period for fundamental changings the potential construction area of recent develop-ment aim to be connected to the all existing planned clusters. By using the existing enthusiasm of the city a public realm was developed connecting the music trail with the creation of a music landscape.

A ruin located in an intevention area where contemplated by a rehabilitation program of the urban cultural heri-tage because of its significance is the object of this project. Containing a better infrastructure and higher real state value linked to the the predominant expressive colonial houses the heritage program is sustained by social and economics aspects, those promoting the integration between culture tourism and heritage preserva-tion.Ouro Preto has a lack of public leisure and mainly clubs. The area where the ruin is located predominantly resi-dential, including intense students occupation requires an alternative leisure space. The design of a Club intend to solve this demand combining the social and economics aspects. The attendance of the local public and also the visitors is going to integrate leisure, culture and tourism through the preservati-on and revitalization of the ruin giving a it a new use.

A combination between public and private iniciative ensures intensive working time and a open public club .A summer club doesn't satisfy the public. The historic attraction is going to be the "Human Aquarium" that allows dive in the ruins. The thermal bath is constructed by an independent steel structure supporting the glass box that doesn't allow the transmition of lateral strength direct to the stone walls. While the bathers dive visitors at the Golden Club Café can see them and also a magnificant view of the city.

Ponctual modifications and use of the existing ruin as support to washbasin (1), bench, support to plants (2), maintenance of the ruin as it is (3), addition of door and window in black iron (4) and additi-onal structure in completely closed spaces (5).

The quarter previously designed in a team presented two critical areas due to the limit with the forest, the back of quarter. Another issue is was the disconnection with the rest of the allotment . It has come up with a good solution creating an exclusive pedestrian tho-roughfare that continued the cul -de -sac , due to inabi-lity to extend the street , thus connecting the two extre-mes of the allotment . The diversity of proposed uses on the quarter was designed precisely to promote such a connection and not only the streets .

The concept came from the use of physical and environmental constraints identified in the first stage of the project , such as solar radiation , flow, intensity and main wind direction and topography , a delimiter factor and innovative potential for con-necting spaces at the same time .

These parameters were used to create a micro-cli-mate and enabling better quality of life for the users of the services and local residents. The connection between the designed spaces and not only with the rest of the allotment and nearby regions , was cru-cial to the decision making factor to establish the continuity and readability between Block D and institutional area i2 in order to build an urban , architectural and landscape language for the site. The park area is in direct contact with the quarter and it is considered integrating the language crea-ted and user comfort.

Pre residential, commercial and institutional uses established remain , however the first two are now overlapping , stimulating local activities. In this sense the quarter deals with a middle class public whose user profi-le use the services facilities nearby added to the comfort and well being what ensures a good quality of life .

Ouro Pretohas a strong religious vocation since its foundation. Considered a national monument in 1933 and declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1980 is also an important university town with over 70,000 inhabitants and a place with permanent cultural effervescence. The Chapel of St. Joseph of Mulattoes and Well Married and Santa Cecilia of the Musicians was inaugurated in 1830 and has been closed for over 20 years. After 5 years restauration was delivered to the community in December 2012 . Currently it is open just on May 1st , labor day , of which St. Joseph is the patron saint. The number of Catholics has dropped by 8 % in the last 12 years. The religious importance of the churches for the population and the possibility of these temples having new use is in question . In the European context , especially in Netherlands where 70 % of people have no religion, converting churches in homes , libraries , skating rinks and nightclubs is common. All this in a country that had great theologians and some of the most important spiritual movements of Christianity . This shows a paradigm shift . Apart from that , the use of goods is shown as a more effective mean of ensuring their preservation , as described in " From Athens Restoration Letter to the Charter of Venice"

Given the social , urban and political characteristics, chal-lenges and opportuni-ties of the project simultaneously came out. A wine house as a new use can be easier assi-milated. The design process cared all the time with the existing church structure and its preservation using high technology and innovating.

The interconnection of building class rooms of the School of Mines (Ufop) and admini-stration offices to the laboratories by a suspended closed walkway allows a shorter and rational path and eliminates the discomfort on rainy days as well the separation between theory and practice. Along with this request demand is a project designed for building into concepts that enhance the implementation of efficient systems being a technologic reference on energy and sustainable development. Considering an ecological project were used scientific grounds for obtaining practical results with simplicity and low energy cost. The proposal emphasizes the constructive materials and technology with cutting-edge and regional solutions, ensuring the designed space as a reference, being itself a "live laboratory" where adopted parameters can be measured and compared with the existing buildings.

The auditory at the underground level has 3 initial configurations but it can be a totally multi use space. The plaques can be chan-ged among stage or seating bowl material and reach a range of heights according to each plunger where is connected. The acou-stic panels also change its angles according to the confi-guration established through automation mecanisms.
