Deputation: Officers under the Central or StateGovernment or U nion territory Administrations:-(A)(l) holding analogous posts on regular basis in theparent cadre or department;

or(ll) with six years' service in the grade rendered afterappointment thereto on regular basis in posts inlevel-S (Rs.29,200- 92,300) in the pay matrix orequivalent in the parent cadre or department;

ol'(lll) with ten years' service in the grade renderedafter appointment thereto on a regular basis in postsin level4(Rs25,500-81,100) in pay matrix orequivalent in the parent cadre or department;

and(B) possessing the following educationalqualifications and experience:(l) Bachelors' degree from a recognized University orlnstitute;(ll) Have undergone training of duration of at leastfour weeks in Administration, Vigilance and Accountsmatters.(lll) Two years' experience in Accounts,Administration or Establishment work in aGovernment office or Public Sector Undertaking orAutonomous body or Statutory body.

Note 1:- The departmental officers in the feedercategory who are in the direct line of promotion willnot be eligible for consideration for appointment ondeputation. Similarly, deputationists shall not beeligible for consideration for appointment bypromotion.

Note 2:- Period of Deputation including period ofdeputation in another ex-cadre post held immediatelypreceding this appointment in the same or someother organisation or department of the CentralGovernment shall ordinarily not exceed three years.

Note 3:- The maximum age limit for appointment bydeputation shall not be exceeding fifty six years ason the date of receipt of Applications.

2. The selected officers will be on deputation initially for a period of three years which can be curtailed orextended further, depending upon the requiremenl, and with the consent of the officer and approval of thelending department. The usual deputation terms will apply.

3. All Ministries/Departments of Government of lndia are requested to circulate the above posts among,the officers under the Central Governmenustate Government, working with them and forward the application (inprescribed pro-forma Annexure) of eliglble and interested officers, along with attested copies of last five yearsAPARS and a certificate to the effect that they are clear from vigilance angle, to the undersigned by 15.12.2018.
