Aerospace Manufacturing, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul
▪ System has the capability to support a wide range of aerospace business Operations
▪ Large Assets like Aircraft and Helicopters to complex assemblies like Aero-engines and Landing
gear, to Component and Avionics, wheels and Brakes.
▪ The system can be used by Air Line owner Operators who manage and maintain their own
aircraft, and 3rd Party Maintenance organizations that overhaul and repair aerospace units for the
airline operators
▪ It can support Military Organizations as well as commercial, and we have made bids for non-
aerospace industries such as rail and shipping.
▪ Since the majority of the maintenance concepts are similar across many industries, deploying the
application in the rail or shipping would not be a major problem.

User Profile - Types of users and what operations they perform
▪ Super User – During the Project role out the Company Implementation team will probably 98% access rights
to functionality. At Go Live this will be reduced for each individual, where they will have a lot of inquiry
access and full access to their current work discipline areas. (e.g. Finance Core Team members may get
Full AP and AR but not GL access)
▪ Manager User – Inquiry Screens, access rights to their discipline area setup and processing and associated
dashboards.
▪ Support User – User within a department (e.g. Buyer) will be given sufficient access rights associated with
the functions of their position.
▪ Front Line User – Low system user. Time & attendance, labor booking with limited inquiry functions
associated with their position.
▪ IT User – will range from 0 - 100% access depending on their IT MIS function (i.e. Network specialist may
have 5% for time & attendance.)
