BACKGROUND PROJECT OVERVIEW As the world population approaches 8 billion, the demand for resources grow as well. However, our resources are not infinite and require creative solutions to address the food, water, and energy security issues. Aquaponics is a potential solution. Integrating aquaponics into urban cities increases access to healthy and affordable food for local residents while preserving our vital resources. solution. Integrating aquaponics into urban cities increases access to healthy
