MESSAGE FROM THE DIRECTOR
BE IN THE KNOW
Why Chain Coffee Shops
choose the Inn??
Stop in for a warm and cozy
setting and a complimentary
coffee each morning while
meeting new friends!
Pages to Popcorn Club
This club features a book of the month that is turned
into a movie. Members will discuss both versions
with the group and share their opinion of why they
preferred either the book or the movie. Joining a
book club is a fantastic way for people to make new
friends, stay sharp and boost their self-esteem.
Free Popcorn !
Pages to Popcorn will meet at 3pm
the 1st & 3rd Friday of each month
followed by a decided upon date for
the movie showing.
Please call the Inn to RSVP!
While the Inn has incredibly dedicated
employees who enjoy their work, volunteers
are essential to our success! If you are
considering giving back to your community–
consider spending that time with the pillars of
the community— our Elders!
Happy Spring,

April
My entire life has been focused on proper Nutrition and Exercise, a prominent factor to health and well being which I would like to pass
forward and to help my fellow Seniors.
Growing older is not easy, but we can accomplish this chapter in our lives by healthy habits and exercise. Be it sitting or standing,
letting the blood flow along with love, will give us a feeling of well being, feeling of healthy and happy, a key to aging gracefully.
Let’s do it together!
