Coleslaw Cups 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. 2. Place wonton wrappers into 12 cups. Spray wrappers with cooking spray and bake for 6-8 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool before filling. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, vinegar, oil, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Pour dressing over coleslaw mix and red pepper. Toss until coated. Place coleslaw into cups. 1. Cook Schnucks spaghetti according to package directions. 2. In a small saucepan mix together pesto, cream, peppers, chicken and capers, and cook over medium heat until heated through. 3. Combine pesto mixture with hot cooked pasta and season to taste with salt and pepper. If desired, garnish with basil leaves and Parmesan. Serve immediately.

Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to a simmer while the pasta finishes cooking. Season sauce to taste with salt and pepper. 3. Drain pasta, return to pan, and pour sauce over, and stir until well combined. 4. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese on top and serve immediately. If desired, garnish with black olives and jalapeño slices.
